Buffalo Rising Mag Goes to Eleven
The eleventh issue of Buffalo Rising Magazine has hit the streets! Hope this spring/summer issue proves to be "one louder" than our last. ("Eleven" always make me think of "This Is Spinal Tap".)

Nigel Tufnel: The numbers all go to eleven. Look, right across the board, eleven, eleven, eleven and...Marty DiBergi: Oh, I see. And most amps go up to ten?
Nigel: Exactly.
Marty: Does that mean it's louder? Is it any louder?
Nigel: Well, it's one louder, isn't it? It's not ten. You see, most blokes, you know, will be playing at ten. You're on ten here, all the way up, all the way up, all the way up, you're on ten on your guitar. Where can you go from there? Where?
Marty: I don't know.
Nigel: Nowhere. Exactly. What we do is, if we need that extra push over the cliff, you know what we do?
Marty: Put it up to eleven.
Nigel: Eleven. Exactly. One louder.
Marty: Why don't you just make ten louder and make ten be the top number and make that a little louder?
Nigel: [pause] These go to eleven.

Great job on the eleventh issue and congrats to Buffalite, Zack Attack, Anthony, all the writers and other unsung heroes who get little recognition but make Buffalo Rising Magazine a success.
Joan great article on things to do in the Metro Free Zone.
I just love Joan's article on the Metro Rail and all the things one can find at each stop. I appreciate all the work she did. I'd like to see it posted somehow at all the stations and those empty blue kiosks at the stations. Could it be done?
