Hello Buffalo Photographers! I am Annie Levay and will be your photo walk leader once again, and this year I have something special planned! Since the Erie Canal Harbor and Buffalo Naval Park have added some very beautiful features over these last two years I thought it would be an excellent area to walk through. Our walk will begin at 10am in front of the Erie Canal Harbor entrance. You will find me in front of the canal with a sign reading "Buffalo PhotoWalk Starts Here". Over the next two hours you will have the opportunity to wander all through the Harbor, the Naval Park and up the board walk all the way up the Erie Basin Marina and back again. Or if you would like you can pay for admission to the park and climb aboard the ships and submarine that rest in the harbor. Given the weather and the plethora of exotic sail boats, perhaps you can convince one of the captains to allow you to board and perhaps even head out onto the water. There is an amazing number of pieces of art, monuments, flower beds, people of all sorts, and the view of the boat docks and the Sky Way and Grain Elevators across the inlet is phenomenal! I can't wait to get out there!

There is no fee to participate but pre-registration is required. All you need is a camera. It doesn't even matter what kind of camera either. People have shown up with disposables in the past, had a blast, and left with a new appreciation for photography.
