We will be going to Allegany State Park which is known for its primitive, forested valleys, un-glaciated landscape, and wildlife. We will be taking advantage of everything the park has to offer; sand beaches, picnic areas, museums, hiking trails, and naturalist walks. Walkers, runners, and bicycle riders can take advantage of the five miles of paved trails. Allegany State Park is located in Western New York, in Cattaraugus County, just north of Allegheny National Forest in Pennsylvania. Roaming Buffaloes will be providing dinner on Friday night, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday morning. Breakfast: All your traditional favorites; eggs, bacon, sausage, and fruit! Lunch: It wouldn't be camping without hamburgers and hotdogs! Dinner: We will have a choice of chicken or steak with vegetables! All utensils and condiments will be provided. However you are responsible for bringing your own drinks and snacks. We have reserved 4 camp sites so space is limited, sign up before all the spots are filled and get this amazing trip marked on your busy summer calendar. Arrive anytime Friday afternoon or evening, set up and enjoy a walk while the other arrive. Friday evening we will have dinner followed by a campfire and s'mores! For Saturday we have an invigorating hike planned followed by games, fishing and lots more! Saturday night we will gather around the campfire for games, stories and great company! Wake up Sunday to a beautiful summer morning and join us for a hardy breakfast before packing up and heading home. Price includes site rental and five meals.
