FACT SHEET WORLD KIDNEY DAY FREE KIDNEY HEALTH SCREENING

To Register: (716) 835-1323 A free kidney screening is open to the public and is targeted to individuals with diabetes, high blood pressure, or who have a family history of these conditions or kidney disease. Participants receive a blood pressure check, urinalysis, and a blood test to determine their kidney function score (GFR).

A free and confidential report is sent to the patient and their doctor upon request four to six weeks after the screening.
