At the downtown Library: "Wild Things!", a family activity event highlighting some of the animals that share our world.

Crafts, animal encounters featuring the Buffalo Zoo, Tifft Nature Preserve and the Buffalo Audubon Society. At 2 p.m., Ira Flatow, award-winning science journalist and host of NPR's popular "Science Friday" series, will speak on creativity -- what sparks it and why humans are the only creatures that are able to exercise it.
