Buffalo throws a huge party every year to celebrate Mardi Gras and Lagniappe’s is celebrating the holiday on February 5th by cooking 4 WHOLE ALLIGATORS outside the front of their popular Allentown eatery. Stop by and get warm on a chilly February day while Chef Chris prepares this delicious delicacy right in front of your eyes. Everyone’s afraid of getting bitten by a huge gator, so here’s your chance to bite one back.

Lagniappe is a Cajun word that means “A little something extra”. Lagniappe’s lives up to its name by serving a menu full of New Orleans staples with each dish offering generous portions at reasonable prices. Come in and try some Gumbo Soup, Jambalaya or Red Beans and Rice. If you prefer finger foods try a Po-Boy Sandwich, a southern version of our submarine sandwich loaded with shrimp, steak, andouille sausage and other delicious fillings.
