Shea’s Performing Arts Center will hold its first “OCTOBEERFEST” from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 11, 2007 at Shea’s. The event features local breweries and restaurants, each presenting their favorite brew and/or appetizer to be sampled by patrons. Tickets, $25 pre-sale and $30 at the door, include a bottomless mug for all brews, great food, and live music by The Schnickelfritzers! There will be a cash bar available. Tickets are available at Shea’s Box office Monday-Friday 10-5 pm, Saturday 10-2 pm, or by calling 829-1171.
