Carrot Ginger Soup- carrot and ginger soup with fried ginger strips
arugula Salad- arugula salad with candied almonds and black mission fig vinaigrette
Fried Shrimp and Fennel Ravioli- pan fried shrimp and fennel ravioli with honey and asparagus
Coriander Braised Chicken Tostada- housemade tostada topped with coriander braised chicken and avocado crème fraiche
Rib-Eye Beef Wellington- beef wellington with broccoli rabe and truffle cream
“Bananas Foster”- pineapple sashimi, strawberry sorbet, bananas foster with rum, cacao nib streusel, vanilla gel, dark chocolate sauce and basil oil
