The response to the contest for The Village Beer Merchant logo was overwhelming. That said, the owners of the market have chosen a winner. We'll have some more information on that winner soon, but I wanted to present you with the logo. I also wanted to display most of the other submissions that I thought were tremendous. As a matter of fact, we're thinking about having a get-together so that all of the artists and graphic designers who submitted can have a few beers on BRO.
Of course I have my own personal favorite or two... but more than anything else I wanted to say how cool it was to see the submissions as they came in. It just goes to show how many cool and creative people we have who were excited about this latest venture on Elmwood Avenue. I'm sure that it was quite a task for the business to choose a winner, and I hope that all of you who submitted understand just how much your logos meant to see. Personally, I would buy a shirt with all of the logos on it. Make sure that you click continue to see some of the logos that were submitted.
