The three-story, 1873 vintage building between William and Clinton was once a lumber mill operated by E.M. Hager & Sons. Townsell had been considering placing up to 32 residential units in the building that has been vacant since SensationZ closed in 2004.
The property is listed at $990,000 and according to the listing agent there have been 'numerous inquiries' since the property quietly came on the market two weeks ago.
