When we started looking for an editor for the Yum! channel, we quickly realized that there was one person in the city that really new the cooking pulse of New Buffalo. Deborah Clark, owner of Delish! on Elmwood, has sharpened her skills in the finest restaurants around. She's been executive pastry chef for Ultimate Restaurants, supplying City Grill, Bacchus, Calvaneso's, and Le Metro on Elmwood. She is also a Culinary Institute of America (C.I.A.) graduate.
Deb has not only cultivated strong working relationships with chefs throughout the city, she has brought new and innovative cooking ideas to the area. Yum! online will offer Deb the ability to share her thoughts on the culinary delights of Buffalo.
