Most Buffalonians would agree that Richmond Avenue stands as one of the city's more beautiful streets, offering a lovely vista with it's linear canopy of trees and well-kept stately homes. So, two years ago when residents and community groups gathered to celebrate the long awaiited re-lighting and reconstruction of the two Circles on Richmond, it was yet another feather in the neighborhoods's cap.
