First Niagara Bank has taken the last full-floor of space at the sprawling Larkin at Exchange building, The bank will employ 200 workers in a regional marketing center on the former warehouseis 60,000 sq.ft. ninth floor. It joins Kavinoky & Cook, Harris Beach, Kaleida Health, Capital Management Services and the U.S. Customs Bureau as an anchor in the 600,000 sq.ft., ten-story former warehouse. City View Development renovated the building in 2002 bringing modern offices to the Exchange Street warehouse district.
