It seems nice enough but you can tell by the signage and other visual clues on these and other city retail establishments that there really is not that much money to go around. The signage is pretty much the least expensive yet still presentable quality.

What makes you think the sand will stay there. Those rocks have likely been moved around there by the water.. the next time the water comes in over the rocks for any reason.. there goes your sand. Seems like a waste of money.
