Becker- I'm not talking "Asian" but Chinese. And I still have yet to have anything good, 'burbs included. And while the Indian places around Buffalo are fair, there is room for improvement there, too.
Maybe by trolling around in Toronto we could coax someone who will open a good Chinese restauarant. Amazing that a city the size of Buffalo cannot support one solid, authentic Chinese place! (And yeah, I know about the tiny place up by the UB south…
The Blue Tusk in Syracuse is more of a beer bar than a wine bar (personally, I prefer to drink my beer at Clark's round the corner for its more sedate environment). I hope the new place puts some effort into choosing interesting, good value wines …
