Even if well prepared, that still sounds like Americanized Chinese food. Do they have a "Chinese" menu? Tried to eat at Ming's several times, but they were never open.

Becker- I'm not talking "Asian" but Chinese. And I still have yet to have anything good, 'burbs included. And while the Indian places around Buffalo are fair, there is room for improvement there, too.
