Does anyone have any information as to when the razor wire fencing is scheduled to go up around the South campus perimeter, to protect the students and employees from the alarming increase of violent crime that is plaguing the university neighborhoods?

We'll see where it goes from here. Essentially this was already a one way street/parking lot without the light rail going down the center, so the conversion was quite a lot more attainable then what is along the rest of the way.

I like the billboard idea, i'm sure the 'gentlemens clubs' across the border would be interested in this fine space.
