What better ingredient for this contest than yogurt? I have not yet delighted in the "tremendous versatility" that yogurt offers as a second ingredient (I have only slurped it straight from the jar), but I look forward to being pleasantly surprised…

Wow, great insight. Think of all the families that would spend the summer days at a beach front. Kids are off of school and searching for free and easy activities. We should be able to learn from or Canadian neighbor's successes.
