sunnydayz: Since this is a makeover project...it did block the view before...no?

Kudos to what is down there so far! I was there this morning and there were quite a few people down there taking it all in. I am really optimistic, once more buildings go up that this will succed!!

Gaustad: I was thinking the same thing about the boardwalk....it really did suprise me on how cool everything looks and the possibilites are endless but they have to seal all of that wood to make it last!
