A courageous move with the four year Main Street reconstruction project slated to begin right outside their doors. Good luck to them

I would love to see a retailer take over the remaining space to mix up the businesses already available on this block.

In light of the Main St reconstruction project, do the businesses that are moving here as well as the ones next door in the Seeds and Stokes Building have Washington Street access?

John- Yes, both buildings have rear access from Washington and those all too coveted parking spaces. I should also have mentioned that there are 145 residential units on this block in the Ansonia, Spaulding and Sidway buildings, and hopefully more on the way across the street at the Schmidt and Vernor building sites.

The total project schedule for cars on Main is 4 years. No individual block will be worked on for more than one construction season. The 700 block is the simplest block and would certainly take no more than a summer.
