What a cool place! Its so odd that I never noticed it before.

Has any thought been given to the exterior of the building? -sandblasting and resealing the brick back to its original color -new entrance perhaps -solid color awnings for the second floor windows that match the first floor -reopening some of the blocked windows -extending the soffit that runs along the roofline -or exposing some of the concrete along the building so that a really classic IVY could grow up the side of the building -maybe opening up some of the sidewalk along the curb for a few trees

A good business recognizes the welcoming necessity of curb appeal to the surrounding neighborhood as well as having a welcoming interior.

L, now you're gonna get me in trouble. I told Nadine that I would try not to get too much of the exterior construction in the photo. I wanted to take a photo of the inside but work was still being done. They are still working on the exterior as well, so I think we will see ongoing improvements. Maybe not all the ones you mention, but I am sure they will continue to improve the exterior as the interior generates money... so eat there as often as you can.

Well, I will eat there and bring my family and recommend it to others.

The trees and IVY arent expensive. In many cases a little landscaping is cheap cheap cheap and makes an immediate improvement while biding time for other more expensive projects.

I understand the priorities of business but it never hurts to remind a business owner that the importance of the exterior. Good luck and success.

"Life is a Caberet, old chum" Looks good. I will patronize it so they can afford the exterior work that L mentioned

Yes, I'm aware of the typos (now) - entrance not entrace and only one 'or' in exterior. Forgive

L brings up some good points. Hope they can follow through with a rehab of the exterioror - especially the entrace - but you know, "money makes the world go round".

I think L is right on, comon, fix it up to look like some old building in Boston or something... Plus where is the advertizing? this is July i have not heard of it ? Buffalo has a real old fashioned advetizing attitude called word of mouth, this is the 21st century , lets get some tourism in here? or is tourism a dirty word in Buffalo... Tell me and I would gladly bring business and refer my friends! Nick
