Addition: Jennifer Lawandus' timely article today reminded me of a cultural asset-in-the-making on Jefferson that is also on the tour: the Jefferson Avenue Community Cultural Artpark. Neighborhood Mural Painting Day will be in full swing in the park at the time that the tour goes by - so a great opportunity to check out two birds with one stone ;-)
