You read my mind, queenseyes, before I even read the last paragraph, I was going to comment on the blank walls and how movie posters and/or other designs are so needed.....Also, luv the bike and discount idea. They already have a discount for those who park in the M&T Parking lot, so why not a discount for those who bike there. Sounds Great!

companies should take a look at a similar idea. E&E have a system where if people bike to work they get money the company would have spent on parking in their paycheck. Maybe the city should setup a system that allows for parking code variances for companies that have employees who bike, carpool or take transit to work.
