What kind of food will they be offering?

thanks for the update on this. I was passing by this area the other day and was grossed out by the KFC location, only to think how nice it will be once this place opens up.

Guests will be able to order off the wine list or store their own bottles on site. The streamlined menu will consist of small plate foods ranging from cheese pairings to cured meats. "Everything will be fresh and seasonal. We want to support the local community when it comes to the food and desserts. We're going to have a very eclectic beer list...
