This weekend Jo'El of Blossom Hill Farm will be sampling a fresh ham roast with a special sauce; she calls it Fruit Medley Pork Roast. She'll have the recipe available as well, along with one for Ham Meatloaf with Mustard Sauce.

Her heritage breed hogs are delicious and the hams are likely to be available at a special seasonal price. Stop down! I'll see you there!
