Panini, ravioli and canolli are just a handful of words that are also plurals, used by most interchangeably for both the single and plural version of the word. I was unable to find any reference to Paczek Day or Pa,czek Day on the web; only Paczki Day, the version that the organization in charge of this event is using. It is unfortunate that foreign words often undergo changes when they are adapted for common use.
oh, yeah. and "paczki" means "packages", as opposed to "pa,czki", which means doughnuts.

Thanks for the Polish lesson Andy. How strange that the meaning of a word can change with a comma. I think I will stick to the Romance Languages. Much easier and they sound much better too.
