This sounds like an interesting place to try for lunch, the next time I have a day off. The prices seem reasonable. Thanks, Christa for the info.

Absolutely fantastic oyster po boy. Get it with a side of fried okra. It's one of my favorite takeout meals. Ever. Mac & cheese, not so great.

Great "Nawhlins" flavor from a bunch of Yankees. They just have to master the art of southern sweet tea and all will be complete. They have an excellent menu with something for everyone...

Don't forget they are open late (3am I think!!).

Oyster po' boy - fully dressed. Sometimes I take one home and have my way with it, not sharing a bit with my loved one. Fried okra is awesome also. I need to get away from the oyster and try another sandwich. The crab cakes and mac and cheese need some work but everything else is the bomb.

My brother treated my wife and I to an array of items from Lagniappes (he and Chris go back quite a ways). His gumbo is fantastic, as it has always been. The braised short ribs were marvelous, tender and flavorful, with bigs hunks of potato. The crab cakes and friend oysters and crawfish were tasty. The soft shell crab poboy was divine and the sweet potato fries with honey a perfect accompaniment.
