I stop by and had a great meal ( jerk chicken plater) and then ordered one each of his selection of pastelitos which were good also. The clerk commented that I must be really hungry, he looked at me strange when I said no, just curious. Richie introduced himself and thanked me for coming, he has a great personality, appears to pay attention to his business and has good products, I wish him well.
Planning to return with a couple of friends who I think will like the menu.
Christa- I agree that toasted rolls would be tasty with the cubano. My roll was really fresh and I liked the contrast between the soft roll and the crispy bacon, but toasting it would add a different dimension to the sandwich. Either way, I'll be back... and I'm bringing my mother-in-law when she comes to visit for the holidays. She's a spirited eater and I know she'll like it.
