    Christa- I think you should have a food show. Show us different techiniques and then we can taste some new stuff. Like a party and a tasting. You were taking about Xantham gum and some far out stuff at the Nektar party that I've never heard of..... I think a bunch of people would be interested and it would be a chance for some of us to see stuff we may never get a chance to see again. Would you do us the honor?

    Hello BR Group,

    You are all beautiful people, inside and out. Beautiful photo. I had a wonderful time with all of you at Nekter. Thank you all, for the great pleasure of your company and friendship, I always knew BR's intentions are pure. Thank you all for proving me correct.
