Just a note- White Cow's yogurt cream is simply that, yogurt made from cream instead of milk. Patrick has sweetened it with local honey and the scrapings of fresh vanilla beans- it's really incredible and well worth the $4 a jar.

I hate these kind of posts.... here I am at 11am, a full 1.5 hours from my lunch time, and my mouth is watering like I haven't eaten in a week.
Great description of the product and it sounds delicious!
OR hows abouts some FRESH creme fraiche?? 1c Cream, 1t Buttermilk. Warm the cream to 95degreesF, stir in the buttermilk, place in a sterile container, cover and keep in a warm area(70-80degreesF) for 24 hours. Then in the cooler/fridge till cool. Wow! Something YOU made from scratch!!
