    OR hows abouts some FRESH creme fraiche?? 1c Cream, 1t Buttermilk. Warm the cream to 95degreesF, stir in the buttermilk, place in a sterile container, cover and keep in a warm area(70-80degreesF) for 24 hours. Then in the cooler/fridge till cool. Wow! Something YOU made from scratch!!

    I hate these kind of posts.... here I am at 11am, a full 1.5 hours from my lunch time, and my mouth is watering like I haven't eaten in a week.

    Great description of the product and it sounds delicious!

    Just a note- White Cow's yogurt cream is simply that, yogurt made from cream instead of milk. Patrick has sweetened it with local honey and the scrapings of fresh vanilla beans- it's really incredible and well worth the $4 a jar.
