Great food with great service, that's all a restaurant can aspire for, and Niagara Cafe has it. Plus the lunch prices are so reasonable, you can fill up on a few bucks. And every time I go there, I'm treated as if I'm an old friend of the family.

LOVE the Niagara Cafe - and they deliver! Only wish they were in their former location - seemed to be a lot more seating. Pernil rules!
I started going to this place when it opened as the Wishbone. It was owned by George Melendez, who was also a Buffalo Police Officer. After George retired from the force, he devoted his efforts full time to the restaurant. His food was very good. Chicken, ribs, pernil (roast pork), and the specialty ethnic items. Since it has been under new ownership, it has slipped dramatically. The food is still good, but the cleanliness of the facility leaves much to be desired. I have stopped going there, when in the past I was there about twice a week for dinner. Hopefully, the new ownership will read this, clean the place up, and I will be back in a flash.
The food is great, my asian (lol girl i work with, thas her nickname) took me there... I agree w/ the cleanliness though, it can seem a little gross in there sometimes
