I love the White Cow Dairy plain yogurt. It reminds me a bit of Greek yogurt because of its tangy flavor and viscosity. I have eaten it with local honey and chopped walnuts, and it's a perfect summer dessert.
Do you know if they recycle those little bottles? As cute as they are, I don't really need to hang on to them... :)
Today at the EB market I was excited to see the constant stream of traffic visiting the White Cow table. The number was extraordinary considering the market was pretty quiet. The display wasn't as pretty as it was on my previous visits, but I've been told that one of the owners wasn't along and perhaps that was why. Thanks those of you that tried White Cow's products after having seen this post- our regular patronage will provide them with a good reason for returning to the market year after year!
