What I would like to see is a requirement that every year, each participating vendor change at least 1 of their offerings. After going to the Taste for several years in a row we (myself and many friends) are bored because very little changes. We used to be able to try so many new things but after a couple of years we've tasted most of the offerings and spend less and less money. It would be nice to have some variety. I'm not saying that vendors get rid of their most popular items, but some new things would be great.
