    Went to Torches last night. TERRIFIC. My girlfriend and I stopped at Torches last night, sat at the bar and enjoyed a bottle of Rioja. We were treated to a complimentary appetizer of venizen that was delicious. We went to have the Szechuan Chicken, the stuffed Risotto app, and the stuffed hot peppers. Everything was delicious, including the bread and pesto. Cindy was tending the bar and was wonderfully informative to all the treats she set before us. Finished with a creme brulee that was very satisfying and a glass (or two) of a German ice wine ( Schmidt Schone, i think). The bar atmosphere was relaxing, with some good music playing.

    We will definately be going back often. So good!!

    My husband and I stopped in for some late night appetizers and drinks and were blown away by the food. We tried 3 different apps plus an additional plate, compliments of the chef. We both agree that the dishes we had were the best we have ever had, which says a lot for my husband a manhattan native. We tried the crab cakes, mozzarella salad and gnochi. A great find!

    Very Impressed. The Food Was Amazing the atmosphere was so cozy and trendy. Great Service the food was perfectly presented. Every little detail was addressed. The Bar was very ked and very inviting. The Kitchen Cam TV is a very nice touch, nothing like seeing the 2 brothers back to back in their second home. I will be back.
