have had a similar cheese from wegmans that is probably just as awesome. had never thought of making a grilled cheese sandwich with it though, now this is a must.
My gf bought this for me and I was a bit aprehensive, even though I "like it hot". It was a great balance of strong cheddar and spicy red pepper. Awesome!!! Just add beer.
Now I love her even more!!!
Why doesnt BRO do more recipies? Kudos to this new addition. Hopefully there's more to come.
