My gf bought this for me and I was a bit aprehensive, even though I "like it hot". It was a great balance of strong cheddar and spicy red pepper. Awesome!!! Just add beer.
Now I love her even more!!!

i had this cheese at the martini gras at sheas then found it at the coop...im in LOVE with it. def trying the recipe
have had a similar cheese from wegmans that is probably just as awesome. had never thought of making a grilled cheese sandwich with it though, now this is a must.
