Actually, the Buffalo Lager is already being brewed, and is even for sale: I got a six at the Washington St. Market two weeks ago now and reviewed it here.

I like Tim and the brewery is great for Buffalo. However, I find ALL his beers way too malty... Even the pale ale is lightly hopped. I wish they would make an IPA!
Flying Bison Beers are not for 'Hop Heads'. They are, for the most part, very well balanced. That said, as the previous commenter stated, their Barnstormer Pale Ale and their seasonal Bird of Prey IPA have enough Cascade aroma to mollify even the most masochistic of us.
