We tried the chicken with orange peel this past weekend. Absolutely delicious. Their Mu Shu is also fantastic. Easily the best Chinese I've had on this side of the river.

Is this a sit down restaurant, more like the old May Jen, or take out style?
I try to eat at Ming once a week. It's that good. Their crispy beef is excellent. This is Chinese cooking at its finest and Sam and Helen are sweethearts. You have not had Chinese food until you try a dish from Ming. Too bad they don't deliver.
Ming has a sitdown dining area that seats a number of people. The woodwork was handcarved by Sam and the ambiance is fantastic. Take out is good, but to sit down and enjoy is the way to go.
Ming is a fabulous restaurant. The food is delicately prepared and has no association with fast, cheap Chinese food. The restaurant deserves more credit for being an incredible addition to the Buffalo restaurant list! I am not one who cares for the fast, cheap version, but would eat at Ming almost daily if I could. Try their spinach, tofu, egg drop soup and a spring roll, with a cup of steamed green tea for lunch! Under 6 dollars and perfect for a cold winter day!
