Fill that Salt Pig with the very best salt in the world- Celtic Sea Salt from the coast of Britanny. This salt has all its minerals in tack and isn't at all like the table salt or sodium chloride we've been fed here in the US ( which BTW is bleached and stripped of its minerals, having sugar added to it so it'll pour better...isn't that a testiment to why we have phobias about using salt in this country)
