if the bar bill from east aurora doesn't win it all here then something is wrong.

My problem with the wing fest is that those who should be there are not. The Bar Bill, Elmo's and even Duff's have not been represented in the past at this event. Places like Quaker Steak and Lube and other out-of-state eateries come in with poor excuses for chicken wings. btw...Bar Bill is good but Elmo's on Millersport Highway is better. Check them out.

While Buffalo's finest are welcome, the point of Wingfest is that it is a NATIONAL festival, hence NATIONAL competition. Most fail to realize that there are restaurants from all over: Texas, Georgia, Florida, Wisconsin--even Westchester, that prepare for this festival, get their sauces just hot enough for what has now become a national phenomena!

Well if you want Duff's, or Bar Bill or whoever in the festival so bad, tell them to call Drew Cerza. It's just that simple.
