Sticky Holiday Fun at Lexington General Store

Nothing rings in the holiday season better than applying a gum drop shingle roof to a house made of cookies. Our friends at Lexington General Store are offering up some candy-inspired holiday fun in the city with four 'Decorate Your Own Gingerbread House' sessions over the next two weekends. This time-honored tradition has become a holiday staple for families all over the country and has even resulted in some heavy competition at ladies auxilaries (not to worry, there will be no candy canes flying at Lexington General Store). Reserve a seat or two for yourself and the little ones at 886-0523 - or drop by and take one home for decorating!

Oh- I wondered what the tables were set up for as we went in to pick out our christmas tree the other day! (We were a little nervous as to what it would look like since it was all wrapped up, but it turned out to be one of the finest trees we've had in years! And at a great price!) So, did you make a gingerbread house??
