Happy to be (Back) Here for the Holidays.

Tonight is the fifth happy-to-be-back happy hour that the Buffalo Old Home Week committee has thrown. A notice to the entire BOHW has been sent out – a number that number amounts to 540 people, and of that list over 100 hundred have replied “Yes”. These events have been successful in more than one way. The events bring together wonderful groups of people who love this area – people who like to network, and make new friends, and discuss Buffalo’s history and its future.
Tonight BOHW is expecting well over 100 people to attend the social at Side Bar, where there will be plenty of room to mix and mingle. The food has been donated from North End, Gramma Mora’s and Taste of Thai, and some people have even said that they are bringing their favorite Buffalo foods. This is a real holiday party! A lot of expats are back in town and it’s the perfect opportunity to meet and greet others that love and miss Buffalo. The event starts at 7pm. Sidebar is located at 1459 Hertel between Colvin and Parkside. If you want, bring a Buffalo item, there will be a raffle - the proceeds from the raffle will go towards the Olmsted Relief Fund. This social is for everyone - RSVP not necessary.
