2006 marked a year of important and significant development activity downtown. This successful work is not expected to slow down in 2007. Over 800 residential units are being built or planned, more than one million square feet of office space is expected and hundreds of new hotel rooms have been proposed. This diverse combination of development is helping to reshape downtown into a true live-work-play community.
