The Second 'Wave' Of Buffalo Flags

It's that time again. Once a year BRO runs a Buffalo municipal flag drive. The original drive was a major success, and due to the efforts of Ethan Cox, we are seeing City of Buffalo flags waving all over the area. For those that might not remember, the flag drive was made possible through a site called Fundable. Fundable allowed us to collect enough commitments to ensure that the total cost would be covered. 50 (minimum) people rallied behind the effort and through Fundable we were able to order the flags.

Now we're going to do it a bit differently. Instead of being held to a one-month deadline we want to collect the emails of people who are interested. When we are close to 50 we will switch on Fundable. That way we are almost guaranteed to see the fruits of our efforts immediately. The flags are approximately 3'x5' (standard), and will run around $45 plus shipping. I hope that you have seen them hanging from houses and businesses around town... we are happy with the initial results, but our goal is to see an additional 50 flags flying every year.
