  I agree with both you and Robert. I definitely want a place for everyday use by locals. A place where I can go and do some regular shopping, eating, etc. However it's time we start thinking bigger. Most tourist destinations are successful because of transient singular visits so there needs to be a draw fr them too. People will come to Buffalo for hockey just like people go to Hawaii for the beaches. There's no reason we can achieve both for locals and tourists/visitors....

  This alternative plan by Tim Tielman is totally idiotic and too based in the past. This man opposes even removing an ugly asphalt parking lot. The preferred Harborcenter plan is definitely the best and most workable plan for the empty Webster block. It is architecturally beautiful and it will help bring more much needed activity into downtown. It is not going to block anything, that is just paranoia from these stupid opponents to Harborcenter. Pegula's vision is exactly what we need on the Webster block not the ridiculous low rise juvenile crap from Tim Tielman. I wish the press would...
