Commented on UB Unveils Proposal to Build Medical School Downtown, Needs Albany's Blessing
Why don't you do some research on the topic before making a uneducated statement Forestbird? This would be a huge benefit for Buffalo moving forward. It would help transform the neighborhood and bring higher income families back to the city....

Commented on Court to Consider Blacksmith Shop Demo Tomorrow
Warhousedweller your posts are ignorant and uneducated. They add nothing of value to the discussion. That being said, I agree it is necessary to prevent the loss of these buildings. A lot can be done with this area and we...

Commented on Downtown Renovations Reducing Inventory of Vacant Buildings

Commented on Statler Vision Outlined; Governor Paterson Backs Plan
This looks like a great plan. 5 mil is not that much money considering what Croce wants to do with the building. Considering how NYS wastes money, I think Statler is a valuable asset worth investing in....

Commented on State Backs Statler Reuse Plan
The plan is not to eliminate the mortgage interest deduction completely. Instead of being available for homes purchased up to 1 millon dollars it would be reduced to homes purchased up to 500k dollars. The fed gov't doesn't like to...
