  Two things have always made Allentown the neighborhood that it is - diversity and open mindedness. As someone who has lived in the neighborhood off and on for over twenty years, what attracted me in the first place (along w/the rents)was the true diversity.   From what I can tell, it looks like Sugar City has an uphill battle on it's hands. If you read the posts by HereSince75, they're well documented and intelligently written. It sounds to me like all the proper/respectful steps were taken to rectify this situation. It's just somewhat disturbing to read the disrespectful replies from the Sugar City supporters. No wonder people from the neighborhood are upset. If that's the general attitude that Sugar City is taking, well then good luck staying at this location....
