Rebuilding Urban Neighborhoods presented a timely look at some of the most troubled neighborhoods in eight American Cities: Atlanta, Camden, Chicago, Cleveland, East San Louis, Los Angeles, Miami, and New York City. Norman Krumholz a co-author will be the guest speaker for the lecture sponsored by the Graduate Planning Student Association. He is a professor in the Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University, has served as the President of the American Planning Association, and has been the recipient of the Prize of Rome.
