On Sunday, July 31, Flying Bison Brewing Company will be launching a new beer called E.B.’s Tower Power. The beer is being brewed in honor and support of ongoing restoration efforts for the EB Green designed First Presbyterian Church, specifically the church’s iconic tower. One Symphony Circle Inc (OSC) will be unveiling the pilsner style beer at the Tower Garden Party following the Garden Walk.
“We are very fortunate to have the support and partnership of a top brewer like Flying Bison,” stated board member and business woman Liz Kolken, former owner of Buffalo eatery Quaker Bonnet.
Aside from tasting this fabulous new beer, party goers will be treated to food and wine, and live jazz music by Sal Andolina and his band. Best of all, the proceeds from the event will be directed towards restoring the tower, which still stands tall in the epicenter of the Garden Walk.
“Flying Bison is delighted and honored to be a part of this historic building and tower restoration event,” stated Tim Herzog, owner Brewing Company.
