The office building at 50 Fountain Plaza has new signage. Law firm Lippes Mathias now has its name adorning the building where it recently relocated. Key Bank previously had signage atop the building until it relocated to 250 Delaware.
In a series of expansions, the Lippes law firm moved from 665 Main Street in the Theater District earlier this year. Its old space was absorbed by another law firm, Goldberg Segalla.
Lippes’ 80 employees occupy Key Banks former executive offices on the 16th and 17th floors of the north tower of what had been known as Key Center.
